| Project Description | · Design emphasized the aspect of Al Bateen location through presenting Residential and Commercial set with carefully articulated areas and playgrounds to create a concise yet complete modern Live/Work place.
· Design presented client’s intend of constructing a modern Business & Residential complex along with all necessary day life facilities. · The approach was to create an iconic landmark for the distinctive area of Al Bateen 6 towers throughout the use of curved lines and shapes at a late-modern trend, with shining reflective surfaces and materials, to achieve the feeling of uniqueness and modernity. |
