Project Description Modern style concept is to provide a MODERN concept design for a Residential Tower in line with other surrounding building characteristics within this prime location.

The architectural language is respecting the “Commercial Residential”  style currently being constructed within this area.

The units consist of mixed use from studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed to 3 Bed units.

The Development contain amenities such as: Swimming pool on the podium level, Gym, Playground, Landscape Garden area, barbeque area etc.

 

The design of the building intends to create an urban environment that increases the satisfaction from all points of view. The proposed building materials are designed to maintain continuity into all sides of buildings with its texture, colors, and details. High quality materials are proposed for the building in order to make it primary facades. Several and different architectural strategies were implemented in the building that responds to the orientation and views of the building, these strategies include: projection of vertical walls, applying shading devices, projection of slab edges, and providing balconies.

 

The scale of taller and wider building elements have been broken down into smaller modules by mixing several materials, materials colors, textures, and having several details on each elements as shown in the image below.

Balconies and terraces have been incorporated into horizontal elements in the building. Applying balconies into the residential building is very important so that individual units are expressed on the exterior facades and to enhance the articulation in the building elevation.
