Bainona is a trailblazer in the UAE, championing the growth of emerging professionals. We’ve developed a program that offers ambitious students and young professionals hands-on experience in architectural innovation. Participants, including Architectural Assistants and budding BIM professionals, collaborate directly with seasoned designers on real projects. These six- to twelve-month placements focus on comprehensive career development. Participants are guided and supported by experienced managers and the wider Bainona team, ensuring they’re never alone in their journey.
