| Project Description | – Police Station’s completion, Design & construction and maintenance is located – Western Region, Abu Dhabi & Al AIN ; it is built in the context of upgrading and improving the community services for residents in one part of western region area.
The Main Building is made up of Basement, Ground + 3 floors + Roof. It is featured by unique pre-cast concrete boundary wall including Visitor’s Gate, Car Gate and Security Room with external barriers. Service Block features the (Transformer Room,, Telephone Room, Generator Room, LV Room, HV Room, Service Yard, Pump Room Guard Room, an Office and car Repairing and Maintenance, Wash Area, Store and Kitchen The project aimed to provide residents’ safe welfare for any unexpected and untoward situations around the vicinity; peace and order within the premises and to ensure safety and orderliness from any threats from external factors. The project has its own well designed landscape and green areas , all season shrubs, palms and different types of beautiful trees and planter boxes everywhere to break monotony of bluntness. Internal and External Parking areas area provided around the building to cater ailing problems for car for guests and employees during office hours.
Basement Area comprises Offices, Registration Area, Medical and Testing Area (Clinic) Police Office (Men), Investigation Office (Men), Safety Deposit Area, Finger Printing Section, Police Office (Women), a huge hall, Lift Lobbies and Corridors catering 3 floors, Prison Cells (Single and Multiple), Electrical Room, Open Area for Prisoners, Reception area, and a Visiting Area for Prisoner’s relatives and the like. Ground Floor is decorated by green areas, Practicing and Training Hall, Firing Hall, Officer’s Offices, Reception, Wet areas and Stores. First Floor is divided into Offices, Maintenance Responsible Office, IT and Officer’s Office, Conference Room, Reception, Secretary’s Office, Prison Hall, Additional Services Branch, Pantry Wet Areas, Telephone and Electrical Room. Second Floor has the Officer’s private bedrooms, Entertainment Area, Gym, Sitting Room, Ablution Area and Prayer Room. Third Floor- has wet areas, cafeteria and stores. |
