1.       3 stars Hotel (1basement + ground + 2 typical floors).

2.       Shopping Mall (2basement + ground + 2 typical floors).

3.       Serviced apartment building (2basement + ground + 6 typical floors).

4.       Residential buildings (2basement + ground + 7typical floors).

Project Description •       Project consists of Residential Buildings, Serviced apartments building, Hotel, Shopping Mall, F&B Building and Mosque.

•       Zayed Bay acts as a gateway to the city and is situated between the Maqta and Sheikha Zayed Bridges. The historic Maqta Fort and Watchtower, the Grand Mosque and Sheikh Zayed Bridge itself, form a backdrop for this mixed-use waterfront development.

•       There are then three residential building  on the South side of the plot and a three star hotel on the West side and Shopping Mall on the North side and Serviced apartment building on the North east side of the plot. This offers a stepped skyline to the built up blocks. The buildings are shaped and arranged along axis formed by the paths of the prevailing winds and the views of the surrounding natural, cultural and heritage sights. The plot is surrounded by extensive landscape, water features and path network proposed, encouraging social public interaction at the ground/street level, resulting in a space that is attractive and sociable to live in.

•       The architectural style will reflect the fusion of traditional middle eastern style with moderate style to keep in line with other surrounding building characteristics within this prime location.
